- Standard deliveries within India: 5–8 working days after dispatch
- Agricultural equipment, machinery, or bulk consignments: 7–15 working days, depending on logistics feasibility and delivery location

5. Live Plant Shipping Disclaimer (Tissue Culture & Live Plants)
- Tissue culture plants and live plants are packed with utmost care using industry-standard packing methods to minimize transit stress.
- Due to the perishable and biological nature of live plants, 100% survival during transit cannot be guaranteed.
- Temporary dullness, leaf yellowing, or stress after delivery is natural and generally recoverable with proper sunlight, watering, and recommended agronomic care.
❗ Survival, growth, and performance of plants depend on post-delivery handling and farm conditions, which are beyond our control.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
- Customers are requested to inspect their order immediately upon delivery.
- Any damaged, defective, or missing items must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery, along with clear photo or video evidence.
- Complaints raised beyond this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement or resolution.
7. Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details, including address, PIN code, and contact number.
