At NEXGENAI AGRITECH, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of agricultural products—including live plants, seeds, bio-inputs, and machinery—returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by the policy outlined below.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to this Refund & Return Policy.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
- Once an order is processed, packed, or dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
- Cancellation requests must be sent to info@nexgenagritech.ai with complete order details.
2. Return & Refund Eligibility (Category-Wise)
A. Tissue Culture Plants / Live Plants
- ❌ Returns or refunds are not accepted for tissue culture plants or live plants due to their perishable and sensitive nature.
- Plant survival after delivery depends on climate, handling, planting method, and farm practices, which are beyond our control.
- Minor transit stress such as dullness or wilting is normal and recoverable with proper care.
Exception:
If an incorrect plant variety is delivered, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof. Upon verification, a replacement or credit may be issued at our discretion.
B. Seeds
Returns are accepted only if:
- An incorrect seed variety is delivered
- Seed packaging is damaged or tampered at the time of delivery
Returns are not accepted if:
- Seed packets are opened or used
- Germination or yield is affected due to soil, weather, irrigation, pest incidence, or farming practices
C. Bio-Fertilizers, Insecticides & Pesticides
Returns are accepted only if:
- An incorrect product is delivered
- Product is damaged or leaked during transit
❌ No returns or refunds once the product is opened or used.
D. Agricultural Equipment & Smart Farming Tools
Returns or replacements are accepted only if:
- A manufacturing defect is confirmed
- Product is damaged during transit
- An incorrect item is delivered
Products must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging with all accessories and manuals.
E. Agricultural Machinery
- Returns or replacements are applicable only for manufacturing defects or transit damage, subject to inspection and approval.
- ❌ No returns once machinery is installed, operated, altered, or modified.
3. Not Satisfied With the Product?
If you are not satisfied:
- Contact our support team with your concern and order details.
- Our technical or agronomy team will review the issue and suggest corrective or advisory support.
- If unresolved, eligible non-perishable products (excluding live plants and consumables) may be considered for return within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval.
4. Return Conditions
- Products must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is mandatory.
- Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer unless the issue occurred due to our error.
- Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
5. Refund Processing
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding refund approval.
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on banks or ICICI Bank payment gateway processing policies.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Tissue culture plants and live plants
- Opened seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, or consumables
- Perishable agricultural goods
- Custom or special-order products
- Hazardous or regulated materials
- Discounted or clearance sale items
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers
